All the work that we carry out is inspected and tested. You will then be issued with an electrical certificate, which is registered with the NICEIC and local authorities.
We can carry out an EICR (An Electrical Installation Condition Report ) which assesses the entire installation, highlighting any potential hazards that could cause the electrical installation to become un safe. On completion, you will receive a detailed report explaining the identified recommendations and hazards, with either a ‘Satisfactory’ or ‘Un-satisfactory’ outcome.
It is a legal requirement for all landlords to ensure their property is safe. To achieve this an EICR should be carried out every 5 years or at change of tenancy.
